A Guide to Ordering
Here's a simple guide on the many different options you will have for your order. Please include as much information as you like.
Macaron Cake/Tart
$30-$150
Macaron cakes start at 6" and can go all the way to 18". It is recommend 1" per guest, please keep in mind that bigger letters, W, R, H, will have more area, vs I.
Other factors can depend on how many people you're hosting, how much you love macarons, and if you want breakfast in the morning!
Classic Rounds

Simple, chic, and classic.
You'll never go out of style.
Fun Shapes
Minimum for each shape is 1 Doz. Price may vary depending on difficulty.
Decorated: Hand-Drawn
The most detailed way to add designs to your macarons with edible pens/markers. Price may vary depending on difficulty.
Decorated: Royal Icing
A great way to add dimension and color to your macarons. Price may vary depending on difficulty.
Decorated: Airbrushing
Minimum for airbrushing is 2 Doz.
Stencils are custom designed and created in-house.
Price may vary depending on difficulty.
Colors
Minimum is 1 Dozen per color.
Macarons are made out of a batter, not a dough, each macaron is then hand piped using a custom designed template.

My name is Ilyssa, I'm the crazy behind Violet Sprinkles.
I've always been a baker, and in 2016 I saw a video of the cutest character macaron shop in California. I thought to myself, "I can do that!" Well, joke's on me because I cried in my kitchen for the next two years. I'm still not even near their skill level five years later. But I love this journey and I've never had so much fun.
